The Greysheet Catalog (GSID) of the Machins Mills (1747–1788) series of Colonial & Post-Colonial Issues in the U.S. Coins contains 1 distinct entries with CPG® values between $120.00 and $1,600.00.

Dates used on these pieces were often evasive, and are as follows: 1771, 1772, and 1774 through 1776 for the first group; 1747 and 1787 for the second group; and 1776, 1778, 1787, and 1788 for the third group. Pieces generally attributed to Atlee can be identified by a single outline in the crosses (British Union) of Britannia’s shield and large triangular dentils along the coin circumference. The more-valuable American-made pieces are not to be confused with the similar English-made George III counterfeits (some of which have identical dates), or with genuine British halfpence dated 1770 to 1775.
