£3,000 (£2,000 sterling at 50% advance) in indented legal tender Bills of Credit were issued pursuant to the Mar. 1, 1710/11 Act to create change. £1,000 was to be exchanged for worn bills. Signers were Richard Beresford, Thomas Broughton, Robert Daniell, Samuel Eveleigh, William Gibbon, Henry LeNoble, George Logan, and Alexander Parris.
