£64,000 in Special Indents were issued to raise money for the year 1787 and authorized by the March 28, 1787 Act. These were typeset and receivable for taxes for the years 1784, 1785, 1786 and 1787. Signers were Peter Bacot, James Ballantine, James Kennedy, William Roper, and Edward Trescot.
