Undated Gold Dollar. Related to the experimental half dollar, this gold dollar was made from dies combined to illustrate the concept of a large-diameter piece to facilitate handling, with perforation.
Obverse: A blank planchet of dime size without inscription, but with edge dentils.
Reverse: Regular dime die of the era.
