£12,000 in indented Bills of Credit. Elaborate floral and animal cuts engraved by Thomas Leech of Philadelphia are on the top of the face for indenture. The English Arms are without background. The side and bottom borders as well as the text are typeset. The number of crowns is keyed to the denomination. The mottoes on the seal are DIEU ET MON DROIT (God and my right) and HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE (Evil to him who evil thinks). Blank backs. Printed by Benjamin Franklin. Signers were Jacob Kollock and Thomas Noxon.
