£12,000 in Bills of Credit issued to make 16 year mortgage loans and corresponding to the Sept. 15, 1729 Pennsylvania issue. Apparently printed by Andrew Bradford but claimed by Benjamin Franklin in his autobiography to have been printed by him. Franklin also erroneously claimed that he printed the Pennsylvania issue of bills of September 15, 1729.
