The Zhoucun Commercial Bank series of China Regional Banks: North in the World Currency contains 2 distinct entries.
Commercial Bank (ZCB) was established in Zhoucun, Shandong Province, by Ma Jiantang in 1913, but relocated to Jinan in 1916. The Chinese name of the bank is prefixed with 周村 (Zhoucun) and thus translates as Zhoucun Commercial Bank. Take care not to confuse the Commercial Bank with the Commercial Bank of China (B624).
It is thought the Commercial Bank was purchased by the Shan Tung Bank (B42021) in 1916.
