1917-S Mintmark Reverse Half Dollar MS Values

Details

The reverse variation from San Francisco in 1917, is the least scarce of all 4 mintmarked Walking Liberty Half Dollars from this year. The mintage is the highest of the bunch, at well over 5 million, helping to keep all circulated grades common and affordable. Mint State grades are slightly scarce up to and including MS64. MS65 is rare and MS66’s and 67’s are very rare.
