1910 One Cent MS RD
Details
The 1910 Lincoln cent struck at the Philadelphia Mint is widely collected as part of the larger Lincoln cent series. While it is relatively common in the circulated grades, it is something of a conditional rarity, becoming quite scarce in the Red Gem range. This is particularly so of pieces grading MS66 or better. The 1910 penny is rare in grades of MS67RD or better.
Obverse: Bust of Abraham Lincoln framed by IN GOD WE TRUST on the top periphery. The word LIBERTY to the left of the portrait and the date and mintmark (If any) positioned on the right side.
Reverse: Wheat ears flanking the words ONE CENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The motto E PLURIBUS UNUM on the top perimeter.
