Obverse Description
Morgan’s familiar Liberty Head as used on the contemporary silver dollar, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA surrounding, 1879 below.
Reverse Description
Larger (than on the preceding) circle of beads enclosing E PLURIBUS UNUM / ONE DIME and an arc of 13 stars. Around the border is a wreath of wheat, corn, cotton, and tobacco, not joined at the top.
