As dealers, collectors and investors all know, Morgan and Peace silver dollars are extremely popular American coins because of their history, legends, and silver content.
Issued as part of the American Arts Commemorative Series from 1980-1984, mandated by Congress. The medals weren't popular at their time of issue which limited overall sales.
