1929-D One Cent MS RD
Details
1929-D Lincoln cents aren't particularly scarce in any circulated grades or Mint State levels ranging from MS60-65. As expected with most pre-1934 branch-mint Lincoln cents, 1929-D Lincoln pennies are decidedly scarce in the grade of MS66 or higher. Regardless of virtually any grade, there are plenty of decent specimens available, and those with nice, even color and few marks are always worth a premium.
Obverse: Bust of Abraham Lincoln framed by IN GOD WE TRUST on the top periphery. The word LIBERTY to the left of the portrait and the date and mintmark (If any) positioned on the right side.
Reverse: Wheat ears flanking the words ONE CENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The motto E PLURIBUS UNUM on the top perimeter.
