1919-D One Cent MS RB
Details
A semi-key date in the categorical sense, the 1919-D Lincoln cent has plenty of survivors in circulated grades to satisfy collector demand and adequate supplies through at least MS63 or MS64 to fill numismatic needs there. The coin is much scarcer in the Gem grades, as is expected with most of the other early branch-mint Lincoln cents.
Obverse: Bust of Abraham Lincoln framed by IN GOD WE TRUST on the top periphery. The word LIBERTY to the left of the portrait and the date and mintmark (If any) positioned on the right side.
Reverse: Wheat ears flanking the words ONE CENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The motto E PLURIBUS UNUM on the top perimeter.
