The Greysheet Catalog (GSID) of the $100 Platinum Eagles (1997–2023) series of American Eagles in the U.S. Coins contains 1 distinct entries with CPG® values between $2,076.04 and $2,251.04.

In 2017, the United States Mint introduced an American Eagle One Ounce Palladium Bullion Coin, followed by a collector version palladium proof coin in 2018 and a reverse proof coin in 2019.

This year, for the first time, the United States Mint is offering the 2020 American Eagle One Ounce Palladium Uncirculated Coin for collectors! Each coin contains one ounce of .9995 palladium.

The obverse (heads) of this design features a high-relief likeness of “Winged Liberty” from the “Mercury Dime” obverse designed by world renowned designer Adolph A. Weinman. In keeping with the original coin, inscriptions are “LIBERTY,” “IN GOD WE TRUST,” “2020,” and Weinman’s distinct initials.

The reverse (tails) design features a high-relief version of the 1907 American Institute of Architects Gold Medal reverse, also by Weinman, which includes an eagle and a branch. Inscriptions are "UNITED STATES of AMERICA," “$25,” “1 OZ. Pd” (the chemical symbol for palladium), “.9995 FINE,” and “E PLURIBUS UNUM.”

Each coin is encapsulated and packaged in a gray leatherette presentation case with satin lining. It is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
