The Greysheet Catalog (GSID) of the Issue of 1773 series of Georgia Colonial Currency in the U.S. Currency contains 1 distinct entries with CPG® values between $400.00 and $2,200.00.

£4,299 sterling in Certificates were authorized by the Sept. 29, 1773 Act to redeem all prior issues and to meet expenses. These were receivable for taxes or exchangeable until Sept. 29, 1776 and invalid thereafter. This issue also must have been used to comply with another Sept. 29, 1773 Act for £520 to replace “decayed” bills issued by the Commissioners of the General Loan and £73 in bills destroyed by fire. Printed from type in red and black. Signers were Joseph Clay, Samuel Farley, Noble Jones, Noble Wimberly Jones, James E. Powell, Thomas Shruder, and William Young.
