The Greysheet Catalog (GSID) of the Faerø Amt series of Faroe Islands in the World Currency contains 37 distinct entries with CPG® values between $5.00 and $12,300.00.

The Faroe Islands is a country comprising an archipelago of 18 major islands between the Norwegian Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean. The Faroe Islands have been under Danish control since 1388. The 1814 Treaty of Kiel terminated the Danish-Norwegian union and granted Denmark control over the Faroe Islands along with two other Norwegian regions: Greenland and Iceland. The Faroe Islands were governed as a Danish amt (county), with the amtmand (prefect) as its head of government.
