Greysheet & Red Book® PRICE GUIDE
German-Austria
| Oesterreichisch-Ungarische Bank |
The Pick cross-references in this chapter are from the Austria chapter of the SCWPM; Krause does not treat German-Austria as a separate entity. On 11 November 1918, Austro-Hungarian Emperor Charles I relinquished his right to take part in Austrian affairs of state. The next day, the National Assembly officially declared German-Austria (Deutschösterreich) a republic, and named Social Democrat Karl Renner as provisional chancellor.
