Obverse: Lady Liberty is seated on a rock, holding a staff, and bearing a shield with the word LIBERTY on a flowing ribbon. 13 stars have adorn the periphery and the date appears at the bottom center. Arrows have been added to the left and right of the date.

Reverse: The words ONE DIME are centered and surrounded by an ornate wreath tied by ribbon and double bow at the bottom with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around the periphery. Mint mark, if any, appears at bottom center under the bow.
