Obverse Description
The Augustus Saint-Gaudens' design that depicts a full portrait of Liberty atop rays of sunlight surrounded by stars and the word LIBERTY on the top periphery. The date is positioned to the right of Liberty's left knee.
Reverse Description
A large head of an eagle is accompanied by the words UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, IN GOD WE TRUST, 10 DOLLARS , 1/4 OZ. GOLD, as well as the designers' initials of RG and JN.
