2025-(P) Silver Eagle One dollar MS Eagle Privy Values
Details
These unique examples of the 2025-(P) Silver Eagle were produced with a special eagle privy mark in conjunction with the release of a numismatic-themed video game. This effort marks the second time a privy mark has been added to a silver eagle. In 2024, the U.S. Mint issued a sister coin with star privy mark.
From a mintage of 500,000 coins, the first 50,000 were certified as "First Release" months ahead of the remaining coins.
Obverse: The obverse design features a refreshed depiction of Adolph A. Weinman’s full-length figure of Liberty in full stride, enveloped in folds of the flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak in her left. What makes the coin special is a unique Eagle privy mark in the field above the date.
Reverse: The reverse features an eagle as it approaches a landing, carrying an oak branch, as if to add it to a nest. Inscriptions are "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "E PLURIBUS UNUM," "1 OZ. FINE SILVER," and "ONE DOLLAR."
