2010 Gold Buffalo Gold $50 MS Values

Details

The American Buffalo One Ounce Gold Coin is the first 24-karat gold proof coin ever struck by the U.S. Mint and is the investor version of the official United States Mint American Buffalo Gold Bullion Coin.

Obverse: Fraser's design of the Native American with feathered headdress is featured prominently in identical design with the Buffalo nickel issues of 1913-1938. The word LIBERTY appears on the upper right periphery and the date embedded in a rock on the lower left.

Reverse: The iconic figure of the American Buffalo takes up most of the design with mottos, denomination, and the gold purity all included in this busy design.
