Obverse Description

Reverse Description

On the outer ring, the denomination N$20 at the top with an open wreath of laurel below. At the center, the head of Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla in profile to the left. To the right of the portrait, the mintmark M above the date; below the neck of the portrait, HIDALGO.
