1964 Accented Hair Half Dollar PR CAM FS-401 Values

Details

The Accented Hair variety is identifiable by the enhanced lines in the central area of Kennedy’s hair, just below the part. However, the easiest way to identify the variety is the weak or broken lower-left serif of the I in LIBERTY.

Obverse: Portrait of President John F. Kennedy surrounded by the word LIBERTY on the periphery. IN GOD WE TRUST appears left and right of the portrait with the date at the bottom.

Reverse: The heraldic eagle holding arrows and branch of olive leaves with a full circle of stars around it. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA * HALF DOLLAR surround the periphery.
