Details

Volcanic Mount Mayon, visible in the obverse background, has strong grooves along the mountainside. At the coin’s rim, the mountain’s tapering slope covers only one denticle. Compared to the Obverse of 1944, there is more space between the mountain and the S in CENTAVOS.
