Whitman Brands walked away with a trio of honors during the annual Numismatic Literary Guild awards, held during the American Numismatic Association World's Fair of Money in Pittsburgh.
The mintage drops a little bit to 1,725 for the 1906 proof Indian Cent; yet, it is still too high to be anything more than a type coin. Very common with the brown color designation. Gradually more scarce in red-brown especially in PR66 or finer. Red gems are rare and any cameo is rare as well. Look for attractively toned brown pieces or blazing red surfaces as those are the most desirable and are not too tough to find.
Obverse Description

Reverse Description
The reverse bears the denomination of ONE CENT in the center surrounded by a wreath bearing a ribbon with arrows tied in at the bottom center.
