1884-CC GSA Hoard, Die Break Left Wreath Top One Dollar MS VAM-3A Values

Details

The 1884-CC GSA Morgan dollar is the most common of all GSA Hoard silver dollars, counting for a remarkable 962,638 examples out of a total production of 1,136,000. Number crunchers will see that the total sum of 1884-CC GSA Morgan dollars accounts for approximately half of all GSA silver dollars sold in the 1970s and early 1980s as part of the Great Silver Sale. While relatively common, buyers place a premium on examples still in their original government GSA packaging, and PLs or DMPLs found within are highly desirable.
