Proof-like surfaces.

Obverse: Lady Liberty is seated on a rock bearing a shield with the word LIBERTY. 13 stars appear on the periphery. The date is centered at the bottom middle.

Reverse: The heraldic eagle is centered in the design with the words UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ONE DOL. around the periphery. The motto IN GOD WE TRUST appears in a ribbon above the eagle's head.
