The thin planchet variety is somewhat speculative in value as the coin was possibly produced in error. Approximately 5-10 specimens are known. A couple were sold in the Davy Sales (M&G/Goldbergs 2008-2009 or 2010).

Obverse Description

Lady Liberty portrayed, facing right, with a pole and cap (on the pole). The word LIBERTY appears across the top periphery and the date at the bottom.

Reverse Description

The words UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around the periphery surround a wreath framing the words HALF CENT. The wreath is tied by a bow at the bottom and the denomination of 1/200 at the bottom center.
