Obverse: Legend: "By the grace of God, coinage in gold in Khorasan became the succor and support for the King of the Religion, 'Ali Musa Reza."

Reverse: In exchange for assisting the Safavid king Tahmasp II in reconquering Isfahan in AH1142, Nadir was pronounced viceroy in Khorasan and allowed to strike anonymous coinage.
