OBV. 29-s2. Same as 29 except all stars drawn to edge and milling is weak.
Reverse Description
A-A is ¼ mm. REV. AB. A1LH, A2B, A3UE. 50 C. is 2 mm. and low. A-A is ¼ mm. Arrowheads separated. Several lines of stripes extend to crossbars 2 and 3. UN nearly touch at top. I is centered below the right side of T. Die line in top of L in PLURIBUS. (See O.136) (65,65,64,64,64) R.4
